Epsilon Iota has been very fortunate to have an active, involved Alumni Control Board (ACB) since the colony was founded in the 60's. The ACB is the oversight committee to aid and advise the chapter while keeping relationships with the alumni. The ACB and actives have continued to meet 2-3 times per semester and our membership is a blend of ages to add perspective to the meetings and discussion. The National HQ has often cited the DSP-EI ACB Board as an example of "doing things right". Many other chapters have called and asked about how we're organized and deal with a variety of issues.
The current, most active members of the ACB are:
President: Patrick "Jar" Stephens
Alumni Treasurer: Brian Stephen
Advisor: Wayne "Jake" Jacobson
Mark Dahlke
Ken Riley
Art Wilkening
Dave Kuhn
In addition, we have some other area Alumni brothers that participate when they can:
Bob "Doc" Wingate
The involvement and dedication of the ACB to the chapter for over 45 years has certainly been a major factor when we proudly say, "DSP-EI has been the longest continuously running social fraternity in the history of UW-L."
