New Member Process

Picture
New Member Education is a 6-8 week educational process for all new members. The process is a time for new members to learn the values and mission of Delta Sigma Phi while building friendships with others going through education and the members already initiated. The education is based around helping the new members understand their own personal values and how they can use those to better the Fraternity and striving to teach the importance of service through a new member class project centered around helping the community. The process ends with a week of leadership training based off the model presented at the Leadership Institute. The experience is fun, educational, and enlightening and helps prepare the new member to become a Fraternity man. Our goal is to show the Fraternity's value and help men believe in a cause greater than themselves.
